Reserve the equipment with an immediate job
| Team need | Equipment to consider keeping |
|---|---|
| Returning through a confusing route | Sketch-A-Map and glowsticks |
| Reviving a dead teammate | Sewing Kit |
| Healing rather than reviving | Syringe-type healing equipment |
| A planned movement route | Hoppy Ears, Go-Go Goop, or Bounce Pad if your group intends to use them |
Keeping a tool is a decision about this run. A spare or unused item may be reasonable tribute; the last item needed for a teammate or return route deserves a check with the group before it goes into Barry.
Compare value with usefulness
Use item information shown in game when deciding what to deposit. Do not assume a tool is worthless to the quota because it has a survival use, or that the most entertaining item is the one your team should keep.

The Slap Hand is one of the tools available alongside more direct support and movement items. Its presence in a loadout does not establish a quota value or make it an essential survival reserve.
Make the decision before loading the cart
Ask whether anyone needs the item now, whether the team already has another, and whether keeping it solves a specific obstacle. Once the group has reserved its useful equipment, load the remaining tribute and send Barry.
Check the delivered amount afterward. A pile of valuable-looking objects inside the cart still needs the send step before it becomes delivered quota progress. When time is tight, keep the discussion short and tied to the remaining task: another collection trip, a teammate’s revival, or a safe return.
