Two-Player Quota Scaling

Quick Answer

A fixed two-player quota formula is not confirmed for the Early Access launch. Use the amount and quota displayed in your current shift.

Plan around the target you can see

Before you start collecting, both players should check Barry’s current amount/target display. That gives you a concrete delivery goal for this run without relying on a multiplier that may come from a different build.

Two players still need to complete the same basic loop: find items, return them to Barry, and send the load. Treat loaded progress and delivered progress separately when estimating what remains.

Give each player a clear next task

A practical approach is to search nearby branches while keeping one shared return route. When one player heads back with loot, the other should know whether to keep searching, return with another load, or help regroup.

Avoid splitting so far apart that both players lose the route to Barry. With only two people, time spent searching for each other also delays collection and delivery. Use glowsticks or Sketch-A-Map to keep that return route understandable.

Set realistic expectations for a duo

Lower-player-count balance was identified for adjustment before launch, but that does not establish a numerical scaling rule. The game is built around cooperation, and a duo has fewer people available to collect, navigate, and support a fallen teammate.

If your pair repeatedly misses quota, first check how much time goes into the return journey and whether loot is being sent promptly. That is actionable information even when the underlying scaling calculation is unknown. An exact target table needs verified values for the current build and shift before it can be reliable.
