Bring the correct tool to the Critter
- Keep a Sewing Kit available for a revival rather than assuming any medical item will work.
- Return to the fallen teammate with the kit.
- With the item in hand, hover over the dead Critter and read the contextual tooltip.
- Follow the displayed interaction for the Sewing Kit.
The tooltip is there to distinguish what the held item can do. Use its current prompt rather than guessing a keyboard binding, controller button, interaction distance, or hold duration.
Heal and revive are different jobs

Having a syringe does not make a Sewing Kit unnecessary. Likewise, a revival item should not be treated as a verified substitute for every healing item.
When the body has already been taken apart
A Sewing Kit interaction needs an appropriate revival target. Do not assume that a loose torso or a pile of collected parts can be stitched together with the same action.
A detached torso is not the intact Critter targeted by a Sewing Kit. This beta tooltip does not establish current revival statistics.
Beta gameplay showed another recovery route: returning a fallen teammate's head to Barry and sending it. The same method has not been independently confirmed for the current Early Access build. Keep the head identifiable, place it into the cart, send the load, and check for the teammate's return before leaving. Do not treat a fixed return delay from beta footage as a guaranteed launch timer.
Preserve a kit when choosing what to deliver
Items can be given to Barry or retained for survival. Before delivering a Sewing Kit, check whether your group wants to keep it for a possible revival. That is a team resource decision, not a fixed requirement to hoard every kit.
If the interaction does not work, first confirm that you are holding a Sewing Kit and targeting the dead Critter. An old beta syringe-revival instruction is not a reliable troubleshooting method. Exact revival timing, range, and post-revival health are not established here; use the current tooltip for the action instead of relying on invented numbers.
