Confirm ownership and play history
Use the Steam account where you expect the reward. Confirm that Project: Playtime is associated with that account and that you have actually played it at least once.
Owning Escape from Playtime alone is not the stated qualification. Nor does owning another Poppy Playtime chapter establish the same Project: Playtime play history.
No specific minimum playtime, match result, or completion achievement is stated for eligibility. An exact reward-delivery delay is also unconfirmed.
Check the automatic reward route
The announced delivery method is the Steam Inventory System. It is not described as a public promotional code, a plush purchase bonus, or a reward contained in the Founders Pack.
Check your Steam inventory and the game's cosmetic selection for the Project: Playtime Hoodie. Note whether the item is absent entirely or present but cannot be equipped. Those are different symptoms and will help describe the problem accurately.
The reward is announced as equippable on all eight Critters. A missing hoodie should therefore be investigated as an entitlement or item issue rather than assuming it is exclusive to one named starting character.
Report a missing item after eligibility is satisfied
If ownership and play history are both present, record:
- Whether the hoodie appears in Steam Inventory.
- Whether it appears in the game's cosmetic selection.
- Which Critter you tried to equip it on.
- Whether the item is missing, locked, or selectable without applying.
Use the official bug-reporting route for an unresolved problem. No confirmed universal fix or guaranteed delivery time is established here. Reinstalling the game, deleting a save, or repeatedly claiming unrelated DLC should not be presented as a proven repair.
