Identify the bonus you are buying
The offer connects a physical product to a digital cosmetic. The plush is the merchandise purchase; the Midnight CatNap skin is its game bonus. This is a different route from the four characters unlocked through gameplay progression.
Check that the product is the official Midnight CatNap plush and that its current listing includes the Escape from Playtime bonus. A CatNap product with a similar name or color does not, by itself, establish the same entitlement.
Each plush supplies one code, and each code can only be redeemed once. There is no verified public code that everyone can reuse in place of the purchase bonus.
Find your code in the checkout email account
- Check the email address you entered at checkout.
- Look for the skin-code message separately from the order and shipping messages.
- Allow the stated 1–5 business days for code delivery after purchase.
- Follow the redemption instructions supplied with the code.
- If the delivery window has passed and the code is still missing, contact the store support associated with your order and provide the purchase details.
A plush arriving and a skin-code email arriving are separate deliveries. Check the checkout mailbox before assuming the code must be printed on the toy or included inside its packaging.
The exact redemption interface, code expiry, and transfer rules are not confirmed here. Do not assume the code is a Steam activation key unless its supplied instructions identify it that way.
Keep Midnight CatNap separate from other cosmetics
The Founders Pack contains the Shining Critters cosmetic set. The Project: Playtime Hoodie has its own ownership and play-history eligibility. Neither description replaces the Midnight CatNap plush offer.
If you received the code but it is rejected, describe a redemption problem when contacting support. If you never received it after the stated delivery window, describe a missing-code problem. That distinction helps identify which part of the purchase needs attention.
